Refund policy

At Quantum Experts, we strive to ensure a satisfying experience with our digital products and consultancy services. To maintain transparency, our refund and return policy is tailored to reflect the nature of the digital goods and services we provide.

1. Digital Goods

Under European law, customers waive their right to cancel digital goods (such as e-books, analysis tools, or personalised reports) once these products have been accessed or downloaded after purchase. Refunds for digital products are therefore not provided, except in cases of a technical error, such as download failures or incorrect access. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@quantum-experts.com.

2. Consultancy and Advisory Services

Our consultancy and advisory services are highly customised and, as such, are non-refundable once the service has commenced. If a client wishes to cancel prior to the agreed start date, a partial refund will be issued, subject to an administrative fee. In case of dissatisfaction during the consultancy process, we are available to address concerns and make necessary adjustments.

3. Workshops

For workshops organised by Quantum Experts, registrations may be cancelled and refunded in full up to 10 days before the workshop date. For cancellations between 10 and 5 days prior, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply. Cancellations made within the final 5 days before the workshop are not eligible for a refund, due to planning and logistical arrangements. In the event of a cancellation by Quantum Experts, all participants will be fully refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please email contact@quantum-experts.com with your proof of purchase. Upon acceptance of the request, you will receive further instructions regarding next steps, if applicable.

5. Refunds

Once a refund request has been approved, it will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to complete. If the refund is not received within 15 business days of our confirmation, please contact us at contact@quantum-experts.com for further assistance.
